I already received some frantic emails and phone calls about the website being down. To my dismay you are correct and have since called my hosting company to get this glitch fixed. Comic-Con Preview + New Trailers of WATCHMEN, THE SPIRIT & HP!
Comic-Con, the nexus of all things geeky is upon us next week in San Diego! I'll be blogging a special report directly from there next weekend and check in on the latest in all things pop culture coming out in the next year or so. In the meantime, I am salivating at the new character poster from the upcoming Star Trek reboot, from LOST mastermind J.J. Abrams. You can read the exclusive preview on this film and many other cool things in EW's exclusive Comic-Con preview.

In the meantime, have you checked out the latest Watchmen trailer? It's playing before The Dark Knight, which is hands down, the best film of the year. Anyway, you can watch the trailer right here:
It's directed by the same dude who did 300. Looks like a winner.
In other trailer news, check out another comic book adaptation, this time from Frank Miller (The Dark Knight Returns, Sin City) and his directorial debut, The Spirit, based on Will Eisner's work. Looks very Sin City-ish.
Looks good, but not totally impressed. Let's hope future trailers make it look better. Comes out this Christmas. The Spirit is a pimp!
And finally, a teaser for the latest Harry Potter film, The Half Blood Prince. Nothing shown, but still very cool. I love HP!
Either way, it's going to rock. Opens this Thanksgiving! And even better news... The final book, The Deathly Hallows, will be split up into two movies! So, everything you read, will be on screen! Awesome!
